Roberta Elga (Hart) Cole

Roberta Elga Cole, 82, died Saturday, October 3, 2020 at her residence.  Born in Fonthill, KY she is the daughter of the late Lilburn R. and Jewell Bradshaw Hart. 

Mrs. Cole was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church.  She enjoyed gardening, cooking and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Survivors include her husband Charles Cole of Columbia; three children Charlene McInteer of Columbia, Christina Burton (Edgar) of Columbia and David Cole (Lee Ann) of Campbellsville, KY; nine grandchildren Megan White, Andrew Ferguson (Lorran), Mary Kate White (Cody Reeder), Sarah Beth Ferguson, Lesley Ferguson (Tim Gilliam), Dawson, Luke, Gabe and Grace Ann Cole; two siblings Redith Hart Wilson (Paul) and Randy Hart (Lisha) both of Russell Springs, KY; several nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives also survive.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by four siblings Ray, Donald, Royse and Ronald Hart.

Funeral services will be 11:00am Wednesday, October 7, 2020 at the Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with burial in the Haven Hill Cemetery.  Visitation will be on Tuesday from 4:00-8:00pm and will continue on Wednesday morning until time for the service at the funeral home.

Bro. Steve Pescosolido will be officiating and pallbearers will be Wayne Hart, Rodney Hart, Todd Wilson, Tony Wilson, Tony Tarter and David Hammond.
