Zane Spires age 78 years of Columbia, KY passed away Thursday

Sept. 17, 2015 at 1:08 PM at her home after several weeks illness

She was born on July 21, 1937 in Columbia, KY

She was the daughter of the late George Melvin & Ruth Rogers Coffey,

Preceded in death by her husband Preston Carter in 1971 and later

married Junior Spires of Columbia who survives

besides her husband she is survived by the following children

Steve Spires of Danville, KY

Scott Spires of Kokomo, IN

Karen Steiner of Paducah, KY

One sister Violet Keltner of Columbia, KY

3 Step-Grandchildren, 2 Step-Great Grandchildren

several nieces, nephews & a host of other relatives & friends survives

also preceded in death by three brothers & two sisters Aaron Coffey,

Benny Coffey, Junior Coffey, Dorothy "Dottie" Booker & Opal Reliford

She was a member of Cane Valley Baptist Church & was retired from

the Fruit of the in Campbellsville
