She was the daughter of the late Elva & Lula Bunch Blair of Glensfork, Ky.

Born on Sept. 27, 1938

Survived by three sons: Larry Franklin & wife Tammy, David Franklin & wife Becky & Tony Franklin & wife Sheila all of Columbia, Ky.

One daughter: Deloris Vance of Columbia, Ky.

Preceded in death by one son & one sister: Timmy Franklin on May 9, 1991

and Mary Stephens

Also surviving two sisters: Jewell Huddleston & Emogene Franklin of Columbia, Ky.

One brother: William "Bill" Blair of Louisville, Ky.

11 Grandchildren: Anthony, Josh, Tonya, Sydney, Jonathan, Deshay, Elisha,

& Gracie Franklin, Alex & Holdyn Vance & Laura Heseman

2 Great grandchildren,

several nieces, nephews & a host of other relatives & friends survive

she was a cook at Circle R Restaurant for several years
