WILLIE R. FOSTER age 84 years of 6751 Liberty Road, Columbia, KY passed away
Monday, September 8, 2008 at 7:30 PM at the Norton Audubon Hospital in Louisville, KY
He was the son of the late: Charlie Buford and Maude Ella Simpson Foster of Adair Co. KY
He is survived by his wife of 65 years: Aline Streeval Foster of Columbia, KY
Four sons: Ralph Foster and wife Darlene of Columbia, KY
Danny Foster and wife Melinda of Columbia, KY
Michael Foster and wife Donna of Campbellsville, KY
Johnny Foster and wife Roslin of Columbia, KY
Four daughters: Corine Simpson and husband Clifton of Edinburg, IN
Linda Roberts and husband Dennis of Columbia, KY
Jeanetta Holmes and husband Gene of Columbia, KY
Beverly Bryant and husband Larry of Seymour, IN
27 Grandchildren, 38 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great Great Grandchildren
Also survived by four sisters: Versie Streeval of Columbia, KY
Jewell Harmon of Columbus, IN Fredia Black of Columbus, IN, Lois Burton of Byrdstown, TN
Three half sisters: Deannie Bryant of Edinburg, IN, Leoma Hadley of Indianapolis, IN

He was preceded in death by two children: Rose Mary Foster - January 2, 1965 and by
Sidney Foster on April 25, 2004, by three grandchildren Danny Foster Jr. Lynn Simpson & Chris Holmes also preceded in death by 2 step brothers and 2 step sisters
Mr. Foster was a member of the Bloomington Chapel Brethren in Christ Church where he served as a deacon, a farmer and a veteran of World War II decorated with the Purple Heart
