William Dean White, 66, of Columbia, KY passed away Monday, January 20, 2025, at T. J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow, KY. He was born in Taylor County on June 20, 1958, to the late J. D. and Marie Phillips White. He was preceded in death by his wife Donna Holmes White.

Mr. White was of the Christian faith and enjoyed spending time with family and friends, especially his grandchildren.

Survivors include two children William Shawn White of Columbia, KY and Jessica Lynn White of Russell Springs, KY; three grandchildren Spencer, Dexter, and Kori Skaggs; three brothers Curt White (Nancy) of Campbellsville, KY, Roger White (Kellie) of Burgin, KY, and Robbie White (Faye) of North Carolina; a brother-in-law Jim Fudge of Lexington, KY; his father-in-law Junior Holmes (Ann) of Columbia, KY and several other friends and relatives.

In addition to his parents and wife he was preceded in death by his sister Mary Fudge and his mother-in-law Dorothy Holmes.

Funeral services will be 3:00pm Thursday, January 23, 2025, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with burial in the New Hope Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday after 1:00pm at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.

Bro. Richie Curtis will be officiating, and pallbearers will be Jordan Tucker, Justin Tucker, Conner Riley, Carsen Riley, Spencer Skaggs, and Justin Bybee. Honorary pallbearers will be Brandon Bryant and Chris Bryant.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
