William Phillip Streeval, 69, of Columbia, KY passed away Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at T. J. Health Columbia. He was born on October 4, 1955, to the late Charles McKinley Streeval, Sr and Doris Jane Harmon Streeval of Franklin, IN who survives. He was also preceded in death by a sister Judy Mae Streeval.

Mr. Streeval was a veteran of the U. S. Army and enjoyed watching Nascar, rose gardening, fishing, and spending time with his family and friends.

In addition to his mother Doris, he is survived by two daughters Lacey Barkes of Knifley, KY and Shannon Sims (Craig) of Hope, IN; five grandchildren Alec Hoeltke, Brooke Hoeltke, Caleigh Miller, Leslie Jones (Donte) and Tessa Sims; three siblings Charles Streeval, Jr, Lisa Jane Streeval, and Adam Wayne Streeval all of Indiana and several nieces and nephews including a special niece Rebecca Studer.

Graveside services will be 1:30pm Monday, July 7, 2025, at Bearwallow Cemetery. Military honors will be provided by VFW Post 6097.

Visitation will be on Monday from 11:00am-1:00pm at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.
