She was born on Jan. 1, 1937 in Wayne County, KY

She was the daughter of the late William Ova & Lona Dishman Lowe

Preceded in death by one brother & one sister:

Chester Lowe & Lena Mae Lowe

She is survived by her husband Glen Raines of Columbia, KY

One son:

Richard (Debbie) Raines of Columbia, KY

One daughter:

Naomi (Steve) Sinclair of Alvaton, KY

One brother:

Junior Lowe of Monticello, KY

One sister:

Ruth Dishman of Monticello, KY

4 Grandchildren:

Brittany (Cory) Raines-Goode, Bryon (Katlyn) Raines,

Lauren (Will) Brown & Sarah Sinclair

also surviving are several other relatives & friends

She was a member of Freedom Separate Baptist Church, a homemaker & retired dairy farmer
