He was born on Sept. 16, 1946 in Middletown, OH

He was the son of the late Frank Edward Howard and Mary Cottingim Howard of

Crestview, FL who survives

Besides his mother he is survived by his wife Susan Cassell Howard of Breeding, Ky.

One son Timothy Jason Howard & wife Lori of Sunman, IN

Three daughter Michelle Renee Howard & husband Shawn Horstman of Rising Sun, IN,

Tara Alecia Lycus of Nashville, TN & Shana Celeste Lycus of Pensacola, FL

Two Brothers Frank Howard of Pineland, TX & Terry Howard of Mason, OH

Three sisters Nancy Kirk of Texas, Sherry Thompson of Ohio & Peggy Howard of

Ohio

One Grandchild Emma Michelle Howard

Several nieces, nephews & a host of other relatives & friends survive

He was a disabled Vietnam War Veteran serving his country in the U. S. Army

and was a farmer
