His mother: Sharon Kimbler and her special friend: Lanky Graves of Tompkinsville, KY

A step daughter: Mirah Powell of Columbia, KY

Paternal grandparents: Thomas & Avis Maholm of Evansville, IN

Maternal grandmother: Mary Elizabeth Wilkerson Kimbler of Russell Springs, KY

Father in law: Michael Powell of Columbia, KY

Several aunts, uncles and cousins and a host of friends

Also survived by his estranged wife: Echo Powell of Campbellsville, KY

Thomas had served in the United States Army and the National Guard
