Theresa Monique Loy-Bagby, 42, of Columbia, KY passed away Friday, August 8, 2025, at her residence. She was born on July 6, 1983, in Burkesville, KY.

Theresa was of the Christian faith and an employee at Wal-Mart. She enjoyed genealogy, reading and spending time with her family and friends.

Survivors include her father Daniel Loy (Patricia) of Columbia; her husband Colbey Bagby of Columbia, KY; a daughter Kailan Desirae Parrott of Columbia, KY; three brothers Christopher Loy (Anna Gaj), Joel Daniel Loy, Jr. (Katie) and William Colby Loy all of Columbia, KY; her father and mother-in-law Mitchell Dewayne and Loretta Gwen Bagby of Campbellsville, KY; brothers-in-law Jacob Dewayne Bagby and Billy Gene Bagby (Zoe) and five nieces and nephews Josie Loy, Heidi Loy, Oksana Loy, William Bagby, and Toby Bagby.

Funeral services will be 11:00am Friday, August 15, 2025, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with burial in the Antioch Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday from 4:00-8:00pm and will continue Friday morning at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.

Bro. Willard Parson will be officiating, and pallbearers will be Daniel Loy, Joel Loy, Christopher Loy, Colbey Bagby, Jacob Bagby, and Billy Bagby. Honorary pallbearers will be Mitchell Bagby, Carl Jones, and Chris Burris.

In lieu of flowers the family request for donations to be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
