Thelma Nora Roy, 88 of Columbia, KY passed away Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at 7:25 am at the Signature Health Care at Summit Manor in Columbia, KY

She was born September 13, 1928 in Cincinnati, Ohio the daughter of the late Austin and Frieda Brickler Wilson

She was preceded in death by her husband James O. Roy in 1993 by a son: Danny Ray Roy in 1958 and also preceded in death by a grandson Davie Roy in 2003

Survived by one son: David Roy and wife: Anita of Russell Springs, KY

Two daughters

Diane Foster and husband Howard of Columbia, KY

Kathy Pickens and husband Rick of of Columbia, KY

Two brothers: James Wilson of Richwood, KY and Vernon Wilson of Covington, KY

Four grandchildren: Lesley Keith Christy Burton, Seth Murray, Bethany Davis

and by six great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews

Mrs. Roy was a member of the West 80 Church of God in Russell Springs, KY and was a homemaker

Funeral service: Thursday, December 22, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home
