THELMA A. HARVEY age 93 years a resident of Summit Manor Health and Rehab Center in Columbia, KY passed away Thursday October 20, 2011 at 2:05 PM at Summit Manor after several weeks illness.

She was born December 14, 1917 in Sparksville, KY the daughter of the late:

Logan and Ola Delk Murphy of Adair County, KY

She was preceded in death by two husbands:

Frank Henson in 1971 and Edwin Harvey in 2004

Survived by two sons:

Frank Henson of Troy, North Carolina

Larry Henson of Bartlett, Illinois

Two daughters:

Sondra Morris Shafer of Ashburn, Virginia

Yolanda Ingram of Allen, Texas

Three sisters survive:

Thera Hickerson of New Albany, Indiana Joyce Murphy of Albuquerque, NM

Ann Tucker of Campbellsville, KY

6 grandchildren and several great grandchildren

She was preceded in death by these siblings: Milburn, Russell, Bill, G.B., Paul and Boyce Murphy, Mable Williams, Maedell Baker, Cleo Snieder, Charity Sallee

Mrs. Harvey was of the Baptist faith and was a retired machine operator and factory worker

A graveside service will be held on Sunday, October 23, 2011 at 2:00 PM at the Antioch Cemetery at Sparksville, KY

Visitation will be after 11:00 A.M. on Sunday at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home
