Terry Willis age 67 of the Flatwoods Community in Adair County, KY

passed away Friday Oct. 5, 2018 at 11:37 AM at his home after an illness.

He was born on April 6, 1951 in Morgan County, TN.

He was the son of the late Lester & Ellen DePorter Willis

Survived by his wife:

Trish Carter Willis of Columbia, KY

One daughter:

Robyn Samuell & husband Mark of Columbia, KY

Two sons:

Terry Willis II & his wife Kristy of Columbia, KY

Patrick Willis & his wife Tiffany of Columbia, KY

Three brothers:

Leslie Willis, Bobby Willis & Lloyd Willis all of Columbia, KY

Four sisters:

Judy Utley of Tennessee, Betty Pickett of Edmonton, KY,

Esther Rogers of Edmonton, KY & Mattie Burton of Columbia, KY

6 Grandchildren, 1 Great Grandchild

several nieces, nephews, a  host of other relatives & friends survive

He was a member of Church of the Harvest, loved the Lord with all of his heart,

loved going to church and was a hunter.  He worked in the oil field all of his life
