Terry Donald West, 76, of Columbia, KY died Friday, December 17, 2021 at his residence.  He was born on December 31, 1944 in Beallsville, OH to the late John Marvin West and Hilda Dennis West Thomas.

Mr. West was a member of the Central Church of Christ and served as Minister of many churches in Ohio and Pennsylvania.  He was a veteran of the United States Army.

Survivors include three children Jared West (Diane) of Columbia, KY, Melissa West Davis of Middletown, OH and Brittany West of Middletown, OH; grandchildren Declan, Olivia and Alec of Ohio and Meagan, Brian, McKenzie, Zachary, Joseph, Hayli, Hannah, Miranda, Reesa and Payton all of Kentucky; a great grandchild Alexander of Kentucky; three siblings Larry West (Wilma) of Jerusalem, OH, Wilda Schneider (Harold) of Woodsfield, OH and Kathy Keylor of Bell Buckle, TN and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by three siblings Franklin West, Randy West and Sandra Wiggins.

Local funeral service will be 7:00pm Thursday, December 30, 2021 at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.  Visitation will be on Thursday, December 30, 2021 from 5:00-7:00pm at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be January 3, 2022 at Patron Funeral Home in Barnesville, OH with burial in the Holly Memorial Gardens in St. Clairsville, OH.  Visitation will be 4:00 – 7:00pm at Patron Funeral Home in Barnesville, OH.
