He was preceded in death by three sisters & one brother

Bernadine Drake, Cindy Rowe, Katie Pyles & Lyndall Pyles

He is survived by one brother Jeffrey Pyles of Greensburg, Ky.

Four sisters Rita Smith & Barbara Flatt of Columbia, Ky.,

Betty Kearney of Campbellsville, Ky. & Patricia Wong of California

Several nieces, nephews & a host of other relatives & friends survive

Terry was a Truck driver
