Teresa Lynn Cooper, 61, of Columbia, KY died Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at her residence. She was born on August 1, 1960 in Glasgow, KY to the late Charles and Linda Darnell Cooper.

Teresa was of the Christian faith and enjoyed the simple things in life from yard sales to driving the country side visiting cemeteries. She also enjoyed playing lottery tickets and spending time with her family and friends.

Survivors include her daughter Kaitlyn Cooper (Bradley Cline) of Louisville, KY; a sister Deanna Cooper of Columbia, KY; aunts and uncles Phyllis Curry (Clifton), Beanie Green (Walter), Donita Hortillosa (Dr. Lew) , Mitzi Loy and Jobe Darnell; nieces and nephews Jennifer Thomas, Kristina Cooper, Leanna Corbin, Lori Cooper, Phillip Cooper and Billy Salmon. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother Phillip Cooper, grandparents Orbra and Euna Darnell and Yank and Alline Loy and two aunts Becky Loy, Peggy Page and Joann Darnell.

Funeral services will be 12:00pm Friday, April 1, 2022 at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with burial in the McClister Cemetery. Visitation will be after 9:00am Friday at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.

Bro. Darrell Landis will be officiating and pallbearers will be Rickey Kerns, Billy Salmon, Phillip Cooper, Jr. Murphy, Floyd Green and Bo Murphy.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the funeral home to assist Kaitlyn with the funeral expenses.
