his mother Pat Davis Routin & her husband Mike of Campbellsville, KY,

his wife Debbie S. Kelsay Keltner of Glensfork, KY, who joined together

in marriage on April 4, 2009

One daughter Hannah Redmon & her husband Derrick of Columbia, KY

One son Ryan Hadley of Glensfork, KY

Two brothers Elvis Darrin Keltner of Campbellsville, KY &

Garron (Sandy) Keltner of Russell Springs, KY

One sister Adrienne Milby of Campbellsville, KY

7:00 PM at 3trees Church 3515 Russell Springs Road, Russell Springs, KY

A joint celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, February 2, 2016

at 11:00 AM CST at 3trees Church
