Shirley Rich age 94 years a resident of Summit Manor Health & Rehab passed away Sunday, Feb. 1, 2009

at 11:15 A. M. at Summit Manor

She was the daughter of the late William Thomas & Emma Goode Wethington

and the widow of Rev. Elby Rich who preceded her in death on Jan. 19, 2002

also preceded in death by two daughters: Wanda McGaha in 1986 & Zannie Lucas in 2001

survive by two grandsons & one granddaughter: Keith McGaha of Columbia,

Ky., Gary McGaha of Louisville, Ky. & Teresa Ann Floyd of Indianapolis, IN

Six great grandchildren

One sister: Betty Douglas of Cinn., Ohio

Several nieces, nephews & a host of other relatives & friends survive

She was member of Barnett's Creek United Methodist Church & a homemaker
