Five children: Ricky Allen Franklin Padgett, Ashley May Franklin Padgett,

Lesley Kay Franklin Padgett, Tiffany Lynn Franklin Padgett, Brittany Lee

One sister: Sheila Franklin and husband: Tony Franklin of Glens Fork, KY

One brother: Tommy Franklin and wife Ramona of Columbia, KY

One grandson: Ethan Allen Travis Dial of Columbia, KY

Step grandparents: Herman & Mattie Frances Jessie of Edmonton, KY

Mrs. Padgett was a homemaker and was formerly

employed by Fruit of the Loom and attended the White Oak Community Church
