Sarah Evelyn Conover Carter age 86 years formerly of Columbia & Russell Springs

passed away Wednesday July 27, 2016 at 6:23 PM at the Medical Center at Bowling Green in Bowling Green, KY after several months illness.

She was born November 25, 1930 in Adair County, KY the daughter of the late Ben and Perlie Mae Conover, she was the widow of : Achilles Washington Carter who preceded her in death on May 9, 1976 and by two sons: Ray Carter and Rhuie Carter and by two sisters Myrtle Grider and Maude Powell

Mrs. Carter is survived by

Achilles "Bo" Carter and wife Sheila of Somerset, KY

Ronnie Carter of Russell Springs, KY

Four daughters:

Jackie Adamson and husband Waldo of Russell Springs, KY

Jo Schorman and husband David of Russell Springs, KY

Jerri Evelyn Bunch and husband Randall of Jamestown, KY

Judy Neal and husband Rick of Pine Knot, KY

20 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren

Mrs. Carter was a homemaker and a wonderful loving mother and grandmother to all

She had attended the White Oak Baptist Church
