Sarah H. Coop age 89 years of Columbia, Ky. passed away Monday, Dec. 24, 2012

at 9:25 P. M. at Summit Manor Health & Rehab Center

She was born on April 17, 1923 in Burkesville, Ky.

She was the daughter of the late Culbert & Ethel Groce Riddle and the widow

of Hershel W. Coop who preceded her in death on May 10, 1982

She is survived by one daughter Betty Coop of Columbia, Ky.

One step-son Willie Van Coop & his wife Ophelia of Louisville, Ky.

Two step-daughters Helen Melton of Charlestown, Indiana

and Marie Cantrell of Louisville, Ky.

one daughter-in-law Sara Frances Coop of Columbia

Two brothers Gene Riddle of Greensburg, Ky. & Sherman Riddle of Indiana

Four sisters Maxie Kingrey & Mary Crumpton of Summer Shade, Ky.,

Nina Birge of Gamalia, Ky. & Noxie Coffey of Glasgow, Ky.

12 Grandchildren, several Great Granchildren & several Great-Great Grandchildren

several nieces, nephews & a host of other relatives & friends survive

Preceded in death by two infant sons Carl & Robert Coop,

Two step-sons Fred Coop & Ray Coop,

one brother and four sisters Leo Riddle, Hettie Rush,

Cleo Miller, Bell Melton & Lucy Rouse

Sarah was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church and a homemaker
