Survived by one son Jared Brock & his wife Samantha

of Greensburg, KY

Step-daughter Angie Brock of Columbia, KY

One brother Greg Keltner & his wife Annette of

Glensfork, KY

Three Grandchildren Timothy Brock, Katie Brock &

Brandon Brock

One step-granddaughter Breanna Antone

a niece Laramie Pelston

one great nephew Greyson Pelston

several aunts, uncles & other relatives & friend survive

Nazarene & she worked in Medical records
