Sallie S. Nell, 84 passed away at her home in Berea, Ky., Monday, March 24, 2008.

She was the wife of the late George O. Nell, MD of Columbia, Ky. Sallie was an

Artist, avid gardener and basketball fan. She loved music, nature, and reading.

She raised four children: James Nell of Nashville, TN; Kathy Nell of Berea, Ky;

Sandy Nell Willis of Pioneer, TN; John Nell of Nashville, TN. She is also survived

By four grandchildren: Clayton Nell; Zachary Nell; Brittney Nell; Kristen Nell

The family is requesting that in lieu of flowers, that support be given to your local

Humane Society or your local Hospice Care Center.
