She was the daughter of the late Gilliam & Alice Bragg Loy,

She was the widow of Bobby G. Moore who preceded her in death on July 18, 2007

Also preceded in death by one son Ronald Lee Loy on Dec. 23, 2006,& One brother Young Loy

She is survived by one daughter Claudia (Dean) Froedge of Columbia, KY

Daughter-in-law Deborah Loy of Burbank, IL

One brother Russell Loy of Fairplay, KY

Five sisters Almarine Morgan of Columbia, KY, Flora Claywell of Columbia, KY

Emily (Travis) Gravitt of Chicago, IL, Earline (Thomas) Hill of Riceville, TN,

Virginia Ann (Harold Dean) Nix of Bridgeview, IL

One sister-in-law Mildred Loy of Fairplay, KY

Several nieces, nephews, a host of other relatives & friends survives

Ruth was a member of Hadley's Community Church & was retired from Western Electric in Chicago, IL
