Ruth M. Johnson age 88 years of Columbia passed away Thursday

Oct. 10, 2013 at 3:05 AM at Westlake Regional Hospital

She was born on May 9, 1925 in Columbia, Ky.

She was the daughter of the late Joe Butler & Ethel Wells Kelsay

and the widow Joe Johnson who preceded her in death on

July 21, 2013

She is survived by one son J. C. Johnson & wife Vickie of Columbia, Ky.

One daughter JoAnn Jones & husband Harry of Crestwood, Ky.

One sister Emma Lou Woods of Holand, IN &

a special niece Marcella Hoy of Campbellsville, Ky.

Five grandchildren Kevin (Traci) Jones, Selina Jones, Carl M. (Sherri) Johnson,

Leslie Stephens & Angela (Barry) Estes

Six great grandchildren Baylee Johnson Walker, Connor Johnson, Rachel Stephens

Luke Stephens, Zachary Estes & Kyle Estes

Nieces, nephews, several other relatives & friends survive

Ruth was a member of Columbia Christian Church & was a retired

floor lady at Fruit of the Loom
