She was born on May 1, 1930 in Adair County

She was the daughter of the late Frank & Della Gibbons Bennett

She was the widow of Johnie Hayes who preceded her in death

On Jan. 28, 1993

She is survived by two sons

Dean (Tonya) Hayes of Columbia, KY

Dale (Sheila) Hayes of Columbia, KY

6 Grandchildren

7 Great Grandchildren, 2 Step-Great Grandchildren

Preceded in death by 2 Great Grandchildren

also surviving are several nieces, nephews & a host of other

relatives & friends survive

Mrs. Hayes was a member of Gradyville United Methodist Church

& a homemaker
