RUTH CAPE, 77 years of the Joppa Community of Adair County, Kentucky passed away Monday, August 3, 2015 at 2:40 AM at the Westlake Regional Hospital in Columbia, KY after several weeks illness.

She was born March 16, 1938 in Columbia, KY the daughter Charlie & Sallie Frances Moore Sneed,

She was preceded in death by her husband: Preston "Sonny" Cape on

February 27, 2002

Survived by one son: Leonard Cape and wife Lucy of Columbia, KY

One brother Ralph Sneed of Monticello, KY

One sister Opal Coomer of Edmonton, KY

Several nieces and nephews also survive

Survived by special friends Billy and Patricia Hadley of Columbia, KY

Mrs. Cape was a member of the Tabor Community Church and was a retired secretary for Reed Brothers Insurance Company with 32 years of service.
