Rosa Garrison age 102 years of the Clay Ridge Community in

Adair County passed away Thursday August 14, 2014 at

2:12 A.M. at Campbellsville Retirement Home in Campbellsville, KY

She was born on May 17, 1912 in Adair County

She was the daughter of the late Robert Samuel & Rena Stone Thomas

and was the widow of Roy Garrison who preceded her in

death on June 6, 1995

Mrs. Garrison is survived by two daughters:

Patsy Jenkins of Columbia, KY

Eva Baker of Columbia, KY

Two sons:

Sam (Wynema) Garrison of Campbellsville, KY

Lewis (Gayle) Garrison of Columbia, KY

One sister:

Reba Baker of Texas

8 grandchildren Sandra Garrison, Judy Sweeney, Sammy Garrison,

Amy Mitchum, James Garrison, Steve Jenkins, Kevin Jenkins &

Margo Gray

12 great grandchildren & 7 Great Great Grandchildren

Mrs. Garrison was a member of Milltown United Methodist Church

where she served faithfully over the years. She taught various Sunday School

classes, led singing, was active in the women's group and always a

servant and prayer warrior & was a homemaker
