Ronnie Wayne Blackwell, 68, of Columbia, KY passed away Friday, April 26, 2024, at T. J. Health Columbia. He was born on September 6, 1955, in Adair County to the late Robert Sr. and Ruth William Blackwell.

Mr. Blackwell was a member of the Mt. Vernon Baptist Church and was a graduate of Campbellsville University. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Survivors include his siblings, twin Rannie Blackwell of Columbia, KY, Marilyn Blackwell, and Sharon Brown both of Louisville, KY, Charlie Blackwell of Louisville, KY, Dale Blackwell of Columbia, KY, Keith Blackwell of Louisville, KY, and Kelly Blackwell (Elizabeth) of Louisville, KY; an Aunt Lucille Graves of Fairplay, KY and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three siblings Judy Lewis, Ruth Ann Blackwell, and Robert Blackwell, Jr.

Funeral services will be Thursday at 12:00pm at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with burial in the Forest Lawn Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday after 11:00am at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.
