He was the son of Bobby & Ruth Loy Moore of Columbia, Ky.

Besides his parents he is survived by his wife: Deborah Siedlinski Loy of Columbia, Ky.

One sister: Claudia Froedge & her husband Dean of Columbia, Ky.

Mother-in-law: Irene Siedlinski of Columbia, Ky.

He was the Grandson of the late Gilliam & Alice Bragg Loy of Fairplay, Ky.

Ronald & his wife Deborah & Mother-in-law Irene had recently moved to Columbia from Chicago, IL,
