Roger Allen Janes, 58, of Jamestown, KY and formerly of Columbia, KY passed away Monday, May 8, 2023, at his residence. He was born in Columbia, KY on January 25, 1965, to the late Cody and Joyce Furkins Janes.

Roger was of the Christian faith and a true outdoorsman, enjoying ginseng hunting, farming, and hunting.

Survivors include two sons Jeremy and Zackary Janes both of Columbia, KY; four grandchildren Quentin, Jayden, Carolyn, and Timmy; a nephew Nick Janes and several other friends and relatives.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter Keisha Janes and a brother Derek Janes.

Mr. Janes chose cremation, and no services are scheduled at this time.
