Robert Carl Gentry age 86 years of Sulphur Creek Road, Columbia, Ky. passed away Sunday

Dec. 25, 2011 at 2:49 A. M. at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, Ky.

He was born on Sept. 1, 1925 in Adair County

He was the son of the late John Christopher & Flora Montgomery Gentry

and was preceded in death by his wife Pauline Goodin Gentry on April 8, 2008

He is survived by one son & daughter-in-law J. C. & Dora Gentry of Columbia, Ky.

Three great grandchildren:

Kourtney Gentry, Kallie Gentry & D. J. Gentry

Two step great grandchildren:

Aloria Ray & Isabella Ray

He was preceded in death by three sisters:

Marie Satterly, Eula Pike & Elizabeth Rogers

Robert & his wife owned & operated the Gentry Grocery on Hwy. 206 in the Ella Community

& he was a member of Hood Masonic Lodge #839
