Ricky Lynn Keltner, 56, of Columbia, Ky passed away Saturday, March 15, 2025, at Norton Hospital in Louisville, KY. He was born in Columbia, Ky on June 27, 1968, to the late Johnny Wayne Keltner and Violet Coffey Keltner of Columbia, KY who survives. He was also preceded in death by a sister Judith Elaine Keltner.

In addition to his mother Violet, he is survived by his son Riley Keltner of Shepherdsville, KY; two brothers Brad Keltner (Ann) and Rod Keltner (Margena) both of Columbia, KY; his companion Sherri Giles of Columbia, KY; his niece and nephews Stevie Keltner Paiz (Kadin), Jacob Keltner (Taylor), and Thomas Keltner.

Rick was a member of the Milltown Church and enjoyed music, and was an avid Cincinnati Reds, University of Kentucky, and Dallas Cowboys fan.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with burial in the Haven Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be after 10:00am on Tuesday at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.

Bro. Barney Taylor will be officiating, and pallbearers will be Kevin Shepherd, Doug Lewis, Jacob Keltner, Thomas Keltner, Timmy Ellis, and Talmadge Kemp.
