Reda Faye Rooks, 64, of Columbia, KY passed away Thursday, December 7, 2023, at the Russell County Hospital in Russell Springs, KY. She was born on March 9, 1959, in Adair County to the late Billy and Hazel McQueary Harmon.

Mrs. Rooks was a member of the Free Union Separate Baptist Church and enjoyed shopping and spending time with her family and friends.

Survivors include her husband of 48 years Roy Rooks of Columbia, KY; a daughter Kim Rooks Bryant (Jessie) of Columbia, KY; three grandchildren Dylan Godsey (Brittney), C. J. Bryant, and Emma Bryant; two great-grandchildren Abigail and Colton Godsey; five siblings Pam Doss (Richard) of Columbia, KY, Lisa Morgan Graves of Greenbrier, TN, Lois Ferguson (Greg) of Georgetown, KY, Gayla Hilliard (Charles) of Springfield, TN, and Roger Harmon of Texas and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her In-laws J. C. and Glenna Rooks, a sister Vickie Phelps, and a brother Rodney Harmon.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm Monday, December 11, 2023, at Free Union Separate Baptist Church with burial in the Free Union Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday from 10:00am-2:00pm at the Free Union Separate Baptist Church.

Bro. Craig Huddleston will be officiating, and pallbearers will be Dylan Godsey, C. J. Bryant, Jason Doss, Ryan Doss, Jesse Graves, and Brandon Bennett.
