He is survived by his wife Kay Burton Thomas of Columbia, KY

Two sons David Thomas & his wife Shannon of Columbia, KY

Johnny Thomas & his wife Rhonda of Russell Springs, KY

Three Brothers James Thomas & his wife Carol of Columbia, KY

Harold "Catfish" Thomas & his wife Jeniffer of Georgetown, KY

Donald "Moochie" Thomas of Lexington, KY

Six Sisters Betty Wingler & her husband Marshall of Campbellsville, KY

Charollette Coffey & husband Allen of Columbia, KY, Faye Underwood

& husband Donnie, Pauline Teater & husband Don, Kim Skaggs & husband
