Ralph Bolin Sneed, 79, of Columbia, KY died Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at Metcalfe County Nursing Home.  He was born on February 15, 1942 in Adair County to the late Charlie and Sally Frances Moore Sneed.

Mr. Sneed was a member of the Church of the Nazarene in Columbia and a former employee of the Adair County Road Department.

Survivors include three children Mark Sneed (Penny Mockobee) of Apollo Beach, FL, Jennifer Mann (Michael) of Columbia and Donna Propes (Jason) of Elizabethtown, KY; five grandchildren Mark Anthony Sneed (Yukino), Dylan Mann, Macy Mann, Dawson Propes and Davis Propes; a great grandchild Mikasa Sneed and a nephew Leonard Cape.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two sisters Ruth Cape and Opal Coomer.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm Sunday, October 3, 2021 at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with burial in the Moore Cemetery.  Visitation will be on Sunday after 10:00am at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.
