Elizabethtown, Ky.

He was born on July 5, 1929 in Cumberland County, Ky.

He was the son of the late Will & Della Wray Carter

He was preceded in death by his wife Rena Vanarsdale Carter on Feb. 2, 1984

He is survived by one Aunt Stella Booher of Burkesville, Ky.

Several cousins, a host of other relatives & friends survive

He was of the Methodist faith a retired home builder, he owned &

operated Carter Building Supply in Columbia
