passed away Monday, January 17, 2011 at the Christ Hospital in Oak Lawn, Illinois

after an illness.

The daughter of the late: Dola & Lula Keith of Adair County, KY

She is survived by one daughter and son in law:

Vickie Petty and husband Coy of Columbia, KY

Four grandchildren: Sheila Richard and Wayne Smith both of Illinois

and Lisa Pickett and Troy Petty of Columbia, KY

Seven great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren

And a host of other relatives and friends
