He was the son of the late: Archie Richard & Dora Alice Ervin Sullivan of Adair County, Kentucky

He is survived by one grandson: Derrick Coyle & wife Kate of Louisville, KY

One daughter: Rita Jones and husband Dee of Louisville, KY

One sister: Margaret Redmon and husband Robert of Columbia, KY

He was preceded in death by a daughter: Shima Sullivan on July 31, 1988

Mr. Sullivan was a member of the South Jefferson Baptist Church, Louisville

Kentucky, a US Army World War II veteran,

a member of the Shively Masonic Lodge # 951 in Louisville, KY
