Phyllis Ann Mayse, 77, of Glensfork, KY passed away Saturday, March 2, 2024, at her residence surrounded by her family. She was born on January 5, 1947, in Clinton County, KY to the late Arvis W. and Bonnie P. Irwin Stearns.

Mrs. Mayse attended the 3trees Church in Columbia, KY and enjoyed flower gardening, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.

Survivors include her husband Richard Mayse of Glensfork, KY; a daughter Sulayne Grider (J. D.) of Columbia, KY; three granddaughters Heather Bennett (Juston) of Columbia, KY, Samantha Harrelson (Neil) of Columbia, KY, and Sara Grider of Riverside, CA; two great granddaughters Chloe Grider and Tilly Harrelson; a sister-in-law Nancy Mann of Columbia, KY and caregivers Kathy Coffey and Helen Williams.

Graveside services will be 3:00pm Monday, March 4, 2024, at Haven Hill Cemetery. There will be no public visitation.
