Phyllis Jean Cook, 65, of Columbia, KY passed away Monday January 27, 2025, at her residence. She was born in Louisville, KY on January 31, 1959, to the late Clarence and Lillie Allene White Pike.

Phyllis was a member at Bloomington Chapel Brethren in Christ Church and enjoyed camping, fishing, and spending time with her family and friends.

Survivors include her husband Kenneth Cook of Columbia, KY; her son James Harold Furkin (Shay) of Springville, AL; her stepson Kenneth Michael Cook (Tina) of Columbia, KY; four grandchildren Judah Furkin, Jubilee Furkin, Skylar Hare, and Ethan Cook; two nephews Terry and Larry Pike and a special cousin Jean Underwood.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers Ralph Hollis Pike and Gary Wayne Pike.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm Thursday, January 30, 2025, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with burial in the Redmon Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday after 10:00am at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.

Bro. Ralph Foster will be officiating, and pallbearers will be Skylar Hare, Jimmy Burton, Jerry Burton, Pedro Hernandez, David Cook, and Jr. Slaydon. Honorary pallbearer will be Ethan Cook.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
