She was the daughter of the late Ivan & Georgia Murrell Burton

preceded in death by one brother & two sisters: Vernon Burton,

Jewel Howard & Clarice McGaha

She is survived by her husband Danny Moore of Campbellsville, KY

One daughter Jill Moore Pruyear & husband Tommy of Campbellsville, KY

One son Danny Shane Moore & his wife Doris of Campbellsville, KY

Two brothers Harlan Burton of Shepherdsville, KY & Leonard Burton of Elizabethtown, KY

Four sisters Glenna Shofner of Campbellsville, KY, Virginia Hunt of

Elizabethtown, KY, Ethel McCoy of Dayton, Ohio & Norma Potts of Louisville, KY

3 Grandchildren Tyler (Bethany) Moore, Cameron (Ashley) Pruyear & Chace Pruyear

1 Great Grandchild Jason Pruyear

several nieces, nephews & a host of other relatives & friends survives

Phyllis was a member of Kellyville Community Church, retired postal clerk

had worked at the Campbellsville & Columbia post office
