Phillip Donald "PK" Warren age 63 years of Reids Chapel Road in Campbellsville, KY passed away early Friday, May 10, 2013 at the Kindred Health Care in Louisville, KY after several weeks illness.
He was born August 22, 1949 in Knifley, KY the son of the late: Paul & Eula Evelyn Burton Warren of Knifley, KY
Survived by his wife; Vanessa Lynn (Pierce) Warren of Campbellsville, KY
Sons:
Matthew (Sharon) Warren of Barbourville, KY
Joshua Warren of Cambpellsville, KY
Nathan Cox of Mannsville, KY
Brothers:
Bro. Bill Warren, Elvy Warren, Larry Warren, Dale Warren
Sisters: Paulette Tucker and Lana Warren
2 Grandchildren Lisa Warren & Haylee Cox
Preceded in death by brothers: Rollin Warren & Ernie Warren
Mr. Warren was a US Army veteran of the Vietnam War
and a former heavy equipment diesel mechanic
Burial will be in the Robinson Chapel Cemetery with full military honors conducted by the Columbia VFW Post 6097
Funeral service: Monday, May 13, 2013 at 11:00 AM at the Lighthouse Tabernacle in Knifley, KY

Visiting after 2:30 Sunday at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary
and after 9;30 AM Monday at Lighthouse Tabernacle until time for services.
