PHILLIP COOPER, 52 of Columbia, KY passed away Thursday, January 28, 2016 at 4:15 PM at the Norton Audubon Hospital in Louisville, KY after a sudden illness. He was born January 5, 1964 in Oak Park, Illinois the son of the late Charles and Linda Darnell Cooper

Phillip is survived by one son: Phillip Charles Cooper of Columbia, KY

One daughter: Laurie Cooper of Columbia, KY

Two sisters: Teresa Cooper and Deanna Cooper both of Columbia, KY

Survived by several aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends

Phillip was of the Baptist faith and a roofer in the Chicago area for 19 years

Funeral service: Monday, February 1, 2016 at 12 noon at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home
