Phallis J. Crockett, 78, of Columbia, KY died Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at Baptist Health in Lexington, KY.  He was born in Jamestown, KY on December 23, 1942 to the late Frank and Clara Wiggington Crockett.

Mr. Crockett was a member of the Bearwallow United Methodist Church and loved horses and whittling.

Survivors include his wife Debbie Vaughn Crockett of Columbia; three children Sylvia Grant (Glen Corbin) of Columbia, KY, Mike Crockett (Kathy) of Glensfork, KY and Cindy West (Brian) of Russell Springs, KY; two step-children Amanda Janes (Robbie) and Nelson Burton both of Columbia, KY; ten grandchildren Ashley, Treyton, Kevin, Coty, Whitney, Terence, Paisley, Sherica, Whitley and Waylon; six great grandchildren Gracin, Grant, Haylee, Molly, Gwen and Jaxton; four siblings Lois Meece, Gaylon Crockett and Gladys Daniels all of Russell Springs, KY and Wayne Crockett of Columbia, KY; a special friend J. W. Denton of Columbia, KY and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two sisters Verlene Dykes and Vonzie Hill.

Funeral services will be 2:00pm Thursday, December 16, 2021 at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with burial in the Bearwallow Cemetery.  Visitation will be on Thursday after 10:00am at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.

Bro. Jordan Abell will be officiating and pallbearers will be Kevin Crockett, Coty Crockett, Jason McGuffin, Treyton Grant, Bradley Adamson and Terence West.
