Martha Inez Swafford of Riverside, Illinois

Survived by her husband James R. Smallwood of Columbia, Ky.

Two daughters: Dana Helm & her husband Paul of Boca Raton,

Florida & Sherry Baker & her husband Jesse of Fort Belvoir, VA

Her mother-in-law: Matrie Stotts Smallwood of Clinton, TN

Three Grandsons: Mike Smallwood, Wayne Helm & Anthony

Constantino

Two Granddaughters: Summer Helm & Chyenne Baker

Two Great grandsons: Joshua & Jordan Smallwood

Four Sisters: Phyllis Grogan, Dovie Cole & Marie Cryer of TN

Jolene Sharp of Illinois

Two Brothers: James Meeks & Jerry Meeks both of Illinois

& a host of other relatives & friends survives
