He was the son of the late Rev. Frank Dallas & Minnie Marshall Furkin and was

Preceded in death by his wife Opal Knight Furkin on June 8, 1986

Also preceded in death by one daughter Paula Kolody on Oct. 26, 1995

a Great Granddaughter Le'Lease Nicole Kolody on Sept. 15, 2005

and one sister Christine Akin

Survived by one son

Billy Furkin of Columbia, Ky.

Diane Furkin & her companion Ricky Lawson of Dunville, Ky.

Wendy Bernard & husband Stephen of Liberty, Ky.
