Patricia Jo Hammond, 75, of Columbia, KY passed away Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at T. J. Health Columbia. She was born on January 9, 1950, in San Diego, CA to the late Albert and Geraldine Sanders Williams. She enjoyed cooking, doing crafts, and spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren.

Survivors include two children Tiffany Cheatham (Bryan) and Jody Hammond (Donna) both of Columbia, KY; four grandchildren Jasmine Hammond Humphress (Adam), Shelbi Cheatham Fisher (Kaleb), Ty Cheatham, and Ellie Cheatham; four great grandchildren Easton Humphress, Luke Fisher, Jace Fisher, and Drew Fisher; two siblings Debra Janes (Dennis) of Greensburg, KY and Albert "Tiger" Williams of New Albany, IN and her beloved dog "Ivy".

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by the father of her children Ray Hammond, Jr.

Funeral services will be 3:30pm Sunday, August 3, 2025, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with burial in the Haven Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be on Saturday from 4:00-8:00pm and will continue Sunday until time for the service at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.

Bro. Logan Wilkerson will be officiating, and pallbearers will be Bryan Cheatham, Ty Cheatham, Kaleb Fisher, Adam Humphress, Luke Polley, and Carson Jessie.
