Pamela Jo Moore age 59 years of Columbia, KY passed away Sunday, Feb. 25, 2018

at 5:30 PM Signature Health & Rehab at Summit Manor.

She was born on Feb. 26, 1958 in Columbia, KY.

The daughter of the late Joe Allen Moore who preceded her in death

on March 30, 2017.

She is survived by her mother Marlene Kell Moore of Columbia, KY.

Besides her mother she is survived by one brother & one sister:

Billy Joe (Mary Angela) Moore of Liberty, KY

Debbie (Danny) Burris of Columbia, KY

Two nieces:

Evelyn Moore & Emma Moore of Liberty, KY

several other family, relatives & friends survive.

Preceded in death two nieces Angela Burris  & Mindy Burris

Pam attended the Columbia Baptist Church, she enjoyed being with people

playing bingo, singing, going to church services at the nursing home &

having a good time
