Norma Dee Turner, 51 of Columbia, KY passed away Friday November 7, 2014 at 6:53 AM at her home.

She was born on November 5, 1963 the daughter of the late: Hob and Lela Hadley Richard of Adair County, KY

She was preceded in death by one brother: Holland Richard

Survived by her husband: Ted Turner of Columbia, KY

One daughter: Jessica Gilbert of Columbia, KY

Also survived by children: Jason Turner of Nashville, Tennessee

Matthew Turner of Campbellsville, KY and Ashley Turner of Columbia,

Three brothers survive:

Glenn Richard of Columbia, KY

Johnny Richard of Columbia, KY

Hobbie Richard of Columbia, KY

One sister: Catherine Morgan of Columbia, KY

Four grandchildren: Ryan Hogan, Ethan Murphy, Brayden Taylor, Kayden Murphy

Two "special grandchildren": Olivia Burton and Colyn Curry

Dee attended the Bloomington Chapel Church and was a former employee of Westlake Regional Hospital
